Good experience - System Support Engineer Intern EasyIT Employee Review

EasyIT has a work culture that is second to none. The leadership team works hard to "manage by appreciation" and it is felt strongly. The team here is highly collaborative, leadership is always approachable and truly functions as a "partner" to the staff. The company goes above and beyond to be transparent with it's employees, celebrate accomplishments and milestones, and provide opportunities for career growth. I can't say enough how much I enjoy working here.

The main con is this is an MSP. It takes a specific person. MSPs are inherently fast paced and can seem unorganized at times. Not the fault of the company, it just seems to be the industry.
