Everything was ready to go right from day one. My desk was clean and ready, my name plate was already there, my laptop was open and waiting for me to plug in my credentials. The LMS was very organized and walked me through how to navigate the various tools we use. Then it did a great job of explaining Easypost and our large suite of products. This was done through videos, short quiz's, and some interactive activities. The people in the office are nice and all seem to want to help with anything they can.

They have unlimited snacks, soft drinks, and twice a week there is free breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you may gain a pound or two!

The potential for earnings is high due to the commission system.

Working for EasyPost means sacrificing your work-life balance. Most employees here lose their work-life balance due to the intense and competitive work environment. It's so easy to feel burned out and stressed because of the targets set by the leadership. The commission system also puts a lot of pressure on the employees.
