Pays well.. Everyone will be loaded 150%.. be it managers or individual contributors... So, your plate is always full. You can interpret it as more opportunities to learn and improve. Relevant training for employees on people manager path.
Cons
Nasty office politics in Eaton Pune's office. Your career depends on the feedbacks given by every one around you, and people use feedbacks as a tool to get things done the way they want. Even though Eaton relatively pays well, you will be expected to do work of almost 2 people and you may not even be recognized for your contribution. You will always feel the need to sell what you have done to highlight your achievement. Eaton is the right company for you if you are an extrovert and like to brag about whatever little you have done. They may give you good hike at the time of joining but may not give you hike next year - different rules for people joining in same months but in different years- one gets a hike another one does not. The system and processes are not mature and for everything you will have to follow up. I also feel that system and management are favorable to people from Pune/Maharashtra region.
