      Eaton Vance is a good mutual fund company that as its grown has managed to have a small company feel. The best manager I ever had worked here and she was always there to help and get you exposure to other areas of the firm.

      Pay was pretty low for working in a major city.

      Pros

      Enjoyed a hybrid work schedule with 1 day in the office. Had opportunity for professional development including collaborating on projects with senior staff and leading small scale initiatives. Direct management offered great leadership and valued my input and saw me as a human.
