Pros

This company actually cares about your well being. They have many amenities in the office, including once a month massages, occasional happy hours, and weekly yoga and meditation sessions. They also care about your work-life balance. In house positions follow a policy of' results only work environment. Basically meaning that no one is breathing down your neck seeing what time you leave, and get there, and how many hours you worked; just get your work done. Not to mention everyone I have come across or had the chance to work with has been nothing but friendly - executives included.

Cons

I personally don't mind this but things in this company change at the drop of a hat. If you like working somewhere where things always stay the same and there isn't too much change..this isn't the place for you

Pros

My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.

Cons

Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
