1. Salary is competitive with market 2. Good work culture, no micromanagement as long as you do your job 3. Great Health Insurance 4. Fair number of annual Leaves - about 12-15 for most roles and may be more for higher management roles 5. Annual bonus is available for most roles 6. Gives international exposure and travel
Cons
1. There have been several changes with CEO of the company - May be 5 times in past 7 years 2. Company keeps doing re-organization very frequently 3. Salary wise ok but not much of growth opportunities 4. There have been changes to annual bonus structure recently which might make it harder to earn 100% of annual bonus in the upcoming years
