      Nothing that i can think off

      1. Technology is very old technology they have, they still use cobol and proc and oracle forms. not a stable technologies used for their products.. 2. Mgmt. has no clear idea or direction. changes every day 3. No work-life balance. 24x7x365 4.

      Great culture WFH Good place to retire Legacy

      Cons

      - Middle management is biased and a lot of politics goes on within. - Decent pay but compensation hikes are too low - If you are early in your career you should rethink - frequent firing in the recent past
