      Pros

      Ok enough health insurance but expensive.

      Cons

      No stock, no tuition reimbursement even though they're on higher Ed. Lay offs happening. No department relations.

      Great culture WFH Good place to retire Legacy

      Cons

      - Middle management is biased and a lot of politics goes on within. - Decent pay but compensation hikes are too low - If you are early in your career you should rethink - frequent firing in the recent past
