Pros
Great salary, great benefits, and work from home opportunities. Sometimes a flexible work schedule depending on the client that you are working with and the time zone.
Cons
No Work-Life balance. A lot of overtime hours with no compensation. The company cares very little, if at all, about your personal life. Number one priority is revenue no matter what the cost of the employee. Often times overbooked and overworked, and expected to make it work one way or another. Low employee morale and high turnover rate. Low promotion rate unless you know how to "work the system".
