Where do I start? Leadership is very “people first” mentality. They truly care and make a conscious effort to invest in the team. From profit sharing to extra pay for working off hours or on call, to the 100 hours a year dedicated to training and development. We’re also fully remote with real flexible schedules and a TRUE work-life balance (it’s not just a buzz word here, it’s actually practiced). This culture allows us to find and retain the best people and trust me, they’re here! Oh, I almost forgot! Pay is very competitive, with a 4% 401k match. and they make a point to make sure they stay competitive.
Cons
Medical is a little lacking but as a small company, it’s to be expected. Actually, for a small company, they do have almost everything - HSA for high deductible plans, PPO plans, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 401k, FSA, life insurance. Discounted Pet insurance would nice!
