Pros
The pay is pretty good. Co-workers are very friendly.
Cons
I've worked for big corporations, small startups, I've seen very different businesses and this place is, by far, the worst. Work-life balance is non existant. You are constantly required to work weekends. Extra hours are something seen on an almost daily bases. They have no clue how to handle client requirements, which leads to an everlasting snowball effect where work piles up and everyone ends up working extra hours. Methodologies and frameworks are completely thrown out the window in a silly attempt to deliver more work faster. This makes the quality of the final product questionable at best. (SPOILER ALERT)- During the interview process: They will try to hook you in by saying they look for loyal employees. They will make you believe this may be a suitable place to build a carreer. Make no mistake, this is untrue. I've seen them fire 15+ people in one day with no heads up and no reasonable justification, people who I know firsthand were good capable workers. The only appealing benefit is a 1k voucher for you to can spend on equipment you deem necessary to perform your daily tasks, When your time with the company is done, they will attempt to sell back to you the items you bought with the voucher,
