Pros
In my almost 10 years there I met a lot of great people, and made some great friends.
Cons
Used to be a great place to work, but now the overall, the culture there is toxic. The CEO is only concerned with lining his and the board's pockets. No raises for the staff in two years, contract employees forced to accept 3 separate rate cuts... Meanwhile, the CEO gets a 10% increase in 2017. Because people fear for their jobs, they don't think twice about stabbing others in the back to look good. If you really want to know what it's like there, do a quick internet search for "Enbridge Layoffs" Overall all, morale is non-existent there.
