Pros
There are numerous pros to working at Enbridge mostly around how successful the company is in its field. Utilities do not suffer the same ups and downs other businesses do.
Cons
Being a company of 16,000+ employees, it can sometimes feel very difficult to truly have an impact. There are many competing interests and the squeaky wheels tend to get the grease. Lots of great people, but also people who should have been let go years ago. You are expected to work outside regular hours and usually well over 40hrs per week.
