      Pros

      They had ample ways for you to grow, depending on the department, and the pay was fantastic - if you are full-time, you get good pay, matching 401k, stock options, and a fair bonus if the company is doing well.

      Cons

      Not much - the biggest thing for me personally was the commute, but the company is great.
