Terrible management - BDM Manager Energy Action Employee Review

They have hybrid work situation

*New BDM’s/AM are given all red accounts in their portfolio because existing people move their bad accounts to them before they join. *No training. *Manager bully you afterwards for under performance due to having red accounts which is not your fault trust me. *Middle level management is useless,does no work apart from politics. *Pathetic hygine condition in toilets and kitchen.
