Pros
Pros about working at Energy Transfer Solutions
The position offered a stable salary and provided small employee perks along with occasional bonuses. I also appreciated that the company made efforts to acknowledge employees in little ways.
Cons
Cons about working at Energy Transfer Solutions
There was no real training or structured onboarding, which made the role more difficult than it needed to be. While I was five months pregnant and applying for FMLA, I was let go under the reasoning of having “too many doctor’s appointments.” Diversity was lacking, and as the only African-American woman there, I often felt treated unfairly. My concerns were not taken seriously, and upper management bullying was tolerated without accountability. HR failed to address issues of power abuse, creating a hostile and unsupportive work environment.
