My coworkers are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There’s also a lot of flexibility to explore your interests and take on new challenges. If you’re proactive, you can shape your role and grow in ways that align with your strengths and goals. A standout highlight was a recent company-wide offsite, which really reinforced the strong culture and connection across the team. Overall, it’s a rewarding place to work with great people, meaningful opportunities, and a leadership team that invests in its employees.

Like any growing company, there are times when resources feel stretched and priorities can become concentrated in a few areas. That said, leadership is aware and continues to evolve how we operate.
