Bully and micromanaging - Accountant Engenco Employee Review

The people I worked with directly were amazing.

The People and Culture, and the Payroll departments are manned by a group of muppets. People and culture would systematically target people whom they didn't like and find reasons to get you written up. Admin staff would frequently belittle, swear and trainers if they make a small mistake. If admin staff made a similar mistake and were asked to hold themselves to the same standard, trainers would be accused of bullying them. Payroll frequently "forget" payments. And then no one will know how or why it happened. Then no one is held accountable.

The company enforces hypocritical policies that sound good on paper but don’t support employees in reality.

Micromanage , toxic work culture. Lack of respect and care of employee . The senior account who did report on the training company herself is a bully.
