1. Bully culture. Manager almost monitor every step you're doing even counting how much time you spent in bathroom. He picks out even 1 cent variance and tell you it's for compliance with regulations but ignore the principle of Materiality. Micromanagement culture and also he would like to blame you on every single mistake that you made even he knows human make mistakes. And try to push you to do his job once he taught you to do only for one time.
The previous accountant at my position escaped from this company within 5 months due to "pressure"
2. Low pay with heavy responsibility that is not reasonable.
3. No support from HR team as HR is helping with Managers to bully their staff.
