Progressive PTO and additional competitive benefits program. Intentional, integrity-filled leadership, while offering team an amazing amount of autonomy and ownership as well. No qualms spending the necessary money on infrastructure/tools/training to best equip team for success. Innovation and solving a diverse set of challenging problems on a daily basis.
Cons
As with any startup, navigating growing pains and growth, while maintaining their start up spirit/roots.
