They take money for H1B sponsorship. No good company does that. They will sent you for interviews at client site. If you are unable to crack interview then you are of your own. Incase of layoff from client site, they won't pay your salary and in turn they will ask money from you to get pay-slip rolling. USICS already raided their office once because of all these unlawful practices. They have a track record of many H1B visa rejections. I can write on and on about this company.
