Pros
Fun environment with lots of activities and perks. Company tries to motivate its employees with incentives through a QA program. You become good friends with people you sit with. It provides flexible schedules around school schedules.
Cons
There is a $12 cap regardless of performance. Its constantly changing metric expectations; holding those performing well from raises. Most managers are not invested in their team members. They will fire you if you're under performing to help their stats. Get a better "fully stocked" kitchen.
