      Pros

      Only pro is working from home

      Cons

      Very stupid management. No place for growing just keep doing the same work which actually does not bring any profit. Manager keeps harassing you over work even if it's not urgent. Very less help you get. Manager is pro at blaming others and does absolutely nothing. At first it's nice but after 1 month they will start putting a lot of pressure.

      Pros

      - The future of Entrata is bright - Good growth opportunities - The new C-Suite is invested in the success of not only the company, but the employees - Excited for a new CEO - The push for using Slack internally has been a needed and good change - My manager and team are truly supportive and treat me with respect

      Cons

      - There is need for more diversity in leadership (there has been recent action to rectify this), but still needs to be said - More diversity in general - The 401k needs to be a lot more competitive - Benefits in general need to be far more competitive
