Pros

Some positions pay pretty well at first.... and some free stuff to keep you distracted.

Cons

The company is extremely unethical. The only people that do well here are those who are well connected coming into the company, and who support management directives, even if the directive is unethical, illegal, or detrimental to a product or the work environment. Management is terrible and will openly play favorites. The few things the company does for its employees are used as tools to distract from the rapidly decaying and toxic business culture they promote. If you do a good job, your manager will get the credit and gets a huge bonus at the end of the year. You might get $100. If you ever find something you think you should talk to HR about, save your breath and your job and don't do it. They will always back management decisions. Those who successfully suck up to management are often promoted to manage teams they know nothing about. Everything is done in an underhanded way, and you'll often be stuck wondering why such an illogical decision was made. The company will try to lure you in with their advertised values and hyped-up training team, but it only takes a couple months to see past the facade. The CEO is an egomaniac who copied a competitor's software (look it up, there's a lawsuit).
