Pros
They have easily the best product in the market when it comes to property management software. Many of the employees are great to work with. Some teams get great perks (free food, gym passes, free movies, massages, etc.).
Cons
Missed product launches, upheavals in leadership and product lines, heavy-handed management. These make it a difficult place to operate because you can never really plan for what's going to happen three months from now. It makes everyone generally stressed out and unpleasant to work with. Feedback on employee performance is not transparent at all.
