Great company - Installations Envirovent Employee Review

For such a sizeable company with high turnover the basic salary for all positions across the company doesn't warrant the success of the business. I would have liked to of stayed for many more years but felt as though I had to leave because there was no career ladder to climb, therefore would forever be stuck on an undeserved poor salary
