Good people (mostly), HR team and company Christmas party

Cons

Constantly working alone only seeing others on teams calls, low salary, senior management are horrible, constant busy work load with no lighter working periods leading burn out

Fantastic products, great people and offers you great stability for long term employment

Cons

For such a sizeable company with high turnover the basic salary for all positions across the company doesn't warrant the success of the business. I would have liked to of stayed for many more years but felt as though I had to leave because there was no career ladder to climb, therefore would forever be stuck on an undeserved poor salary
