Pros
Good pay, benefits, etc. Onboarding was somewhat smooth
Cons
Overworked. Hire more people. Leadership disorganized. People with big positions take off way too much leaving rest of employees stranded with an unbearable amount of work. Hire more employees, give them the proper training, and promote people more often. People leave because they are underappreciated and not promoted enough. You can tell when leadership has relationships or connections with people, as those people are prioritized or get away with way too much off, not doing their job (and leaving it with the people that are actually showing up to work), etc.
