      Over-worked and under-resourced

      Pros

      They hire great people, and the remote working environment should be a benefit (although it means you must work night and day until you burn out).

      Cons

      Over-working smart people leads to burn out. Under-resourcing teams and lack of care from management and HR. They are more motivated by $$ and sales than taking even minimal care of their staff and people. Callous environment from senior management and HR.

      OK Company, Need more Employees, Leadership needs Work

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, etc. Onboarding was somewhat smooth

      Cons

      Overworked. Hire more people. Leadership disorganized. People with big positions take off way too much leaving rest of employees stranded with an unbearable amount of work. Hire more employees, give them the proper training, and promote people more often. People leave because they are underappreciated and not promoted enough. You can tell when leadership has relationships or connections with people, as those people are prioritized or get away with way too much off, not doing their job (and leaving it with the people that are actually showing up to work), etc.
