Pros

You get free imaging for yourself and immediate family memebers

Cons

Extremely money hungry company. Management is all politics & have their favorites. The same rules don't apply to everyone. If you are not clinical staff or a rad tech you don't matter. Don't care about the constant employee turnover. Office equipment doesn't work and is outdated. Dead end job no growth or promotion opportunities. HR is useless and won't take you seriously. Management is known to retaliate, intimidate and harass. No 5-7 minute grace period for clocking in. They want you to risk your life during inclement weather. Low pay and pennies for a raise 1 time a year. No overtime opportunities. ESOP but can't touch it unless you work 6 years. If you don't speak any language other than English your expendable.

Pros

ESOP, culture and the growth

Cons

Frequent changes in priorities and processes created inconsistency. Team culture could feel cliquey at times, and communication wasn’t always collaborative or transparent.

Pros

Training team are amazing, once you were live on the calls you felt that you were prepared.

Cons

Micromanaging by the managers/supervisors. They times your bathroom breaks to 5 minutes and if you went over you had to tell your supervisor why. If you are an outbound rep, like I was, they will get on to you if you take too. many inbound calls, yet they have our phones set at "available" our whole shift and you can't ignore calls then they will call it call avoidance and write you up. You are doing 3 job, outbound scheduler, data entry and inbound agent. Data entry don't even do their job correctly, they never enter all of the information from the order into the system, which outbound reps have to check the order to enter the missing information before we can call out to a patient while accepting inbound calls. FYI - Inbound reps and Data entry make more than outbound reps, yet we did more work.
