You will be expected to put in 60-65 hours per week, sometimes more. The company is growing too fast to be able to handle so people are pulled in too many directions and there are too many managers who haven't even been out of college for a whole year. Judy is too involved in every area of the company still and can be a huge bottleneck to getting things accomplished
