Hard working and intelligent colleagues, international opportunities, competitive salary, whimsical office space
Cons
Intense working hours and environment for implementation staff, not much dedication towards retention or upward/inward mobility of IS staff, and not yet a fully functional international company - much of what they succeed at in the US they do not yet do well abroad, despite the advice of many (former) tenured staff living internationally.
