Poor work life balance Poor Management Push "Culture" which really only means work long hours and don't complain Don't care about employees: Current response to COVID-19 is terrible and they are forcing 10,000 employees to work from campus and share bathrooms even though they have the infrastructure to support work from home and have done so successfully for months. This doesn't surprise me, as when I worked there I was threatened to work til 8pm every night (despite being a high performer) to help with "quality" and be a "leader". I chose to quit instead.
