Pros
-Great group of young co-workers you will become friends with -Great cafeteria with many healthy or indulgent options at a low price -Good starter pay for a recent undergrad with no experience
Cons
-They expect long hours from their employees -Lack of good internal feedback processes- I know many employees who aren't sure if they are going to be fired or not because of poor feedback from team leads.
