Pros
The people you work with are young, fun, helpful, and creative. You are compensated well. The customers you work with are generally great people that are fun to work with.
Cons
A shortage of staff for technical roles leaves an overwhelming amount of work to be done. Retaining employees is hard for Epic because people burn out and are felt dispensable. The company has grown so much recently it is hard to feel like you have any equity in what you do, you feel more like a cog in a machine than a liberated professional.
