Pros
Great resume builder, lots of responsibility early on, decent internal training for core project management skills. The people are fantastic - smart, driven, and nice to work with. Worth a year or so if you can handle it as it looks good on a resume, and decent starting salary for someone just out of college as well as nice credit card perks due to the travel. Low cost of living so you can save a lot of money.
Cons
You will be overworked and not compensated for it, some people are set up to fail with more work than even 2 or 3 people can reasonably handle. But as there's a never-ending supply of fresh grads to replace you, they're not bothered about the high turnover rate. Also don't be fooled by the 'Madison is a foodie city' spiel, there's really not a lot going on there and many people end up wanting to move away soon to somewhere bigger. Some like the small town vibe and white picket fence mentality, in that case it may be for you.
