Pros

This applies only if you are an Epic TS - This is a relatively high starting salary considering how much background knowledge you're expected to know. Good job security as long as you work hard (healthcare IT isn't going anywhere and Epic has the healthcare IT market locked down with very lengthy contracts). If this is your first 'real' job, this will help you learn how to work in a office setting efficiently and deal with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.

Cons

This applies only if you are an Epic TS - Very limited opportunities for growth within the company. The actual technical knowledge you gain on the job will be arguably useless unless you want stay working in or with Epic, since they use a programming language (called Cache) that virtually no one else uses, are very far from industry standard in their technology practices, and hospital operations differ greatly from most other industry operations. Moreover, an Epic TS arguably gets the worst of all worlds: they are forced to spend a great deal of time looking at obscure code problems (which is not career-building and sounds close to QA to most people), do not get as much client-facing experience that IS get (which grants the flexibility to land a consulting job easily), and are paid far less than a developer (don't let others trick you, the whole point of working is generating income). There is also a low level of commitment (compared to other companies) for educational reimbursement/continued professional development, which is unfortunate because both the IT and healthcare world would expect potential hires to gain more certifications/credentials as they age (reducing employee marketability). Technical services just means you're tech support, and you'll be advancing career-wise as a tech support person, with all of the respect and opportunity that being a tech support guy will bring.
