Pros
Good people who mean well generally, good compensation, great food. I was also lucky enough to work with several really good team leads which seems to be a make-or-break deal here. Good opportunity for folks out of school, I don't regret working here.
Cons
Got a little too bureaucratic for my liking. Company seems to be growing still but operating at the highest level with a small black box decision making group leaving employees to decipher the logic behind those decisions by themselves. Higher than "normal" workload for nearly two years straight as a above average performer to help pitch in for staffing shortages became clear to me that this was now normal expected workload.
