Pros
-You will be paid extremely well for the area. -If you can manage 5 years, the sabbatical is real and incredible. -Your coworkers, mostly, will be helpful and kind. -As a new grad, you can meet people your own age in a new phase of life as you start to work, which is genuinely a great Pro -LGBTQ friendly and extremely welcoming of trans employees. Also a reasonable environment to work in as a woman.
Cons
-You really need to dissociate to work here. The customers are insane and insufferable. -You will be expected to infinitely take on more responsibility without complaint. You must always be "exceeding expectations" -There will never be any transparency about anything here. -Constantly taking on more work due to other people quitting over poor treatment.
