Pros

- Smart coworkers - Good base pay - Individual offices and cool campus - Feel good about the work that you're doing and the impact it has on healthcare - Food is great

Cons

- Stock vesting plan is not great, typically over 4-5 years - Work life balance ranges but typically 45-50 hours/week - Completely in office, almost no remote work (they give you 5/days per year) - It can be very annoying to deal with the folks that are stuck thinking about red tape and guidelines. Sometimes, they won't be flexible to achieve the goals you are all striving towards.

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
