      The food and most of the people

      Cons

      Micromanaging, lack of transparency, bureaucracy, overworked (not worth the money), boring day-to-day/back-to-back meetings, 2 weeks maternity leave, cult-like. Have to kiss up to get ahead, actual hard work isn't appreciated

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
