      You get to work with very hardworking, competent and fun coworkers. The projects you work truly improve the healthcare organizations you work with. There is a very strong and healthy culture of feedback and growth.

      Cons

      At times the company can feel more like a collection of policies than somewhere run by actual humans. The expectations are high.
