This company has allowed me to build and shape my own career path - which has been exciting and rewarding.

The fast pace of work here - which is not unique to Epicosity but is a reflection of the ad industry as a whole - can create high-stress weeks. Leadership does what they can to minimize this.

Coworkers for the most part were great! Professional, intelligent group.

Leadership was awful, the VP Team that the owners put in place is a joke. None of the leadership have their own accountability or know how to positively lead a team. The "culture" that they promote is all smoke and mirrors. The pay and benefits were terrible.
