Pros
The London office has great people in it, the office atmosphere is really friendly. I always felt that I could speak to all the managers in the UK, there was never a clear divide between employees and management. There are a lot of people who are willing to help and I learnt a lot from them over my time working for Epsilon. There are a lot of people who are great assets to Epsilon and are very talented at what they do.
Cons
There is such a difference in the UK and Singapore office, I always felt there was a massive blame culture in Singapore and nobody wants to take ownership of their mistakes. Of course there will always be differences between Singapore and London, but this needs to be recognised and both offices to be more aware of each others office culture. It often felt like decisions were made from a Singapore point of view, which didn't always work well within the UK. There are a couple of directors across the business who throw their weight around and I have witnessed them acting like bullies on several occasions. It's a shame to see this happening as there are so many great members of staff who do not deserve to be on the receiving end of this behaviour. Nobody appears to have any faith in the CEO, he doesn't value most of the employees (unless they are his friends). Epsilon is missing a clear vision behind closed doors, it's very hard for employees to ever trust what the CEO says as his mind often changes drastically.
