Pros

London employees are friendly and hard working

Cons

The politics in the office are crazy. Top management is focused on fighting each other, you can easily get caught up in cross fire. Structures are flat with little opportunities for development. Benefits are laughable (1% pension). You might be loured with a higher salary and imitate employment, but there is a reason for that. The turn over of staff is big as not many people are ready to put up with the working conditions
