      - Great coaching and mentorship from advisors who know how to build a business - Leadership up and down that cares about you personally - Quick upward mobility for my career and income - Ability to get in front of prospects and clients on a predictable basis - Fun and vibrant culture

      - Not for underperforming advisors - If you want a purely in office role, this would not be for you

      Support staff are more hands off, not a lot of in house support staff members.

      - No real base - if you don't have a solid network or don't work close with a senior advisor you won't make it. - High turn over rate
