Pros

Pension, remote work, benefits and formally bonuses- but that seem short lived

Cons

Micromanagement calibration nonsense. 30 years in and a survey sent Friday is going to cause a mass exodus . Older employees got no cost of living raise , and the raises last few years didn't meet the inflation for anyone anyway. Scary email came out asking which we'd rather lose to help with college loans- I know longer have. So just a loss to me plus with interest salary loss a few years. They are only concentrating on the new staff , who comes in a then leaves after a year, not the loyal long term people. I spoke to 3 people just in my unit that feel same and are interviewing to leave after 20+ years. Also getting promoted is impossible with several insurance designation and 20 years experience for no experience and a BA in early elementary education. It's so sad what they did to a once great company I put my sweat into. Maybe the CEO should take a hit??? Just advertised became a billion worth co a few years ago.

Pros

Good benefits that’s about it

Cons

You have to be a robot to get a yearly raise worth anything. They don’t really care about the employees you’re just a number. In training, they make you feel like it’s gonna be more than that but after you’re done, absolutely not. That’s how they get you and they start you out at pretty good money and you really don’t make much from there unless like I said you’re a robot. Supervisors don’t care, director doesn’t care, unless you’re a robot. Not the vibe for 2026. Don’t be swindled, Corporate life is not fun unless you want to be a zombie robot like all the high ups and who really wants that?
