- Open source project - Very competent team - Caring management - Good salary package - Team spirit well developped (after hour activities for those who wants, regular team events ...)

No real problem out there Unlike many consulting companies, the management often takes the temperature to insure the employee still feel well in their role. And in the event this is no longer the case, take appropriate actions to circumvent the problem.
