      Upper Management is very supportive, committed to quality Food and Service, good work/life balance, fair pay

      Cons

      There are a lot of systems to learn when you first start, so be prepared to do some homework, but there are lots of training materials to help and once you have the systems under your belt, it is very manageable.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
