I've made lifelong friends at this company and I have grown exponentially since I came on board 5+ years ago.
Cons
Senior leadership preach about inflation + the increase cost of living, but don't reflect that in their actions, we (managers) continue to receive 3% merit increases annually, even through/after the pandemic.
